"The introduction of the Offshore Vessel Inspection Database (OVID) is an important milestone in our OCIMF efforts to improve marine safety.

Our offshore segment is vibrant and growing, OVID will provide valuable processes to ensure that our industry continues to focus on the safety of all our offshore people and assets.

Similar processes have led to step changes in the safety of our oil and gas ships, I know OVID will do the same for our offshore operations"
